Our Aim:

Our AIM is to support Pasifika people and families to make good decisions about their HEALTH and WELLBEING.  We also reduce barriers and increase access to health and other services.  

What we do:

Our team of Pasifika Nurses, Community Support workers and Lifestyle Coach’s offer support with:

• Health Coaching (exercise, diet and nutritional aspirations)
• Eczema and Asthma
• Pregnancy/Breastfeeding/women’s health
• Patient and family education
• Increasing capability at General Practice teams
• Cervical Screening
• Culturally responsive support
•  Long Term conditions support (Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Cardiac Disease)
